Job Description Lutine Bell are currently supporting a Global Financial Services firm to appoint an Operational Risk Manager into their Risk Team. Responsibilities: Ensure the annual Risk Management Plan is delivered effectively and risk advice is provided to the business. Promote a strong risk culture. Work closely with a range of senior stakeholders, including partnering with business areas. Deliver and help enhance the Enterprise Risk Management framework. Provide guidance to the business on the effective mitigation of risks. The role will operate as a 2 days per week in the office working arrangement. Background & Knowledge: 2nd Line Risk Management experience leading on key risk management processes such as RCSAs, development of KRIs and reporting. Financial Services experience, preferably within Insurance, Broking, Investment or Consultancy. Strong Stakeholder Engagement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
