Risk & Compliance Manager Top European Intellectual Property Firm is seeking an experienced Risk & Compliance Manager on a part-time, permanent basis. This is a newly established position and will report directly to the Managing Partner of the London office. A brilliant standalone opportunity which will allow you to take ownership and responsibility for ensuring regulatory compliance and risk management across the firm. \n Salary to £75,000 (FTE) Part-time (3 or 4 days per week) Hybrid working and flexi hours offered (2 days in the office) Excellent employee benefits including great pension and pro-rated 28 days annual leave which goes up after every year of service! \n Risk & Compliance Manager Key Responsibilities: \n Manage the firm s regulatory requirements, ensure compliance, and manage the relationships with external regulating bodies Work with several different stakeholders from different areas of the business to ensure streamlined and best practice processes are in place Review processes for client onboarding including AML, conflicts, and due diligence Handle the professional indemnity insurance maintain detailed records, ensure compliance as well as acting as the main point of contact Maintain the risk register ensure mitigations are in place and being delivered on as well as assessing any new risks Establish and manage standardised templates, systems, terms of business and processes Design and deliver risk and compliance training for all employees \n Risk & Compliance Manager Skills & Requirements: \n Previous experience within a dedicated Risk & Compliance role A strong working understanding and knowledge of risk, compliance, client onboarding and AML regulations and requirements Experience in IP would be advantageous Happy working autonomously in a busy role
