The General Dental Council (GDC) have an exciting opportunity for aReward Consultant/Leadwithin our our People and Organisational Development team on a full-time, Fixed term Contract.This role is Hybrid (2 days per week spent working from the GDC s office in Birmingham).\n\nAbout us:\n\nOur primary purpose is to protect patient safety and maintain public confidence in dental services. To achieve this, we register qualified dental professionals, set standards for the dental team, investigate complaints about dental professionals' fitness to practise, and work to ensure the quality of dental education.\n\nAbout the role of Reward Consultant/Lead:\n\nWe have an exciting opportunity for a Reward Consultant to join our People and Organisational Development team. Reporting into the Associate Director of People Services, Learning and Organisational Development you will be joining the GDC at an important and exciting time as the organisation and the regulatory environment in which we operate undergoes ongoing transformational change.
