Job Description: The specific responsibilities of the position holder will be (though not restricted to) the following: Generation & achieving the targets of Sales. Handling showroom walk-in customers & visitors. Event management & marketing activities. Regular follow up with Head office for the orders in pipeline. Retail showroom operations. Managing Home trials (Inward and Outward Challan on Navision) Inventory Management & reporting Mails & call follow up + tracking shipments. Proforma Invoice+ Price Quotation. Showroom Expense Management and reporting. Academic andProfessional Qualifications: Minimum Graduate/Master s with expertise in Sales, Operations and Marketing. Minimum 2-4 years of experience into Sales or Operations and relationship building with clients. Interior Designing exposure will be an add-on. Person should be a go-getter, energetic, willing to learn and presentable. Ability to multi-task, and work under pressure to meet deadlines. Energetic and motivated individual with good track record. Understanding of basic CAD drawings & layouts. (Interiors) Excellent communication skills. (Chinese & Malay will be an add-on) Basic understanding of accounts, finance & supply chain. Desired Background A firm believer and practitioner of organizational philosophy, values and culture so as to imbibe that in his/her day-to-day interaction with the customers. Should be a local resident of Singapore. Must have empathy, love & compassion for our weaver base, which is integral to the philosophy of Jaipur Rugs.
