Job Title: Residential Property Solicitor/Conveyancer/Legal Executive \nLocation: Bedfordshire \nWork Arrangement: Remote or Hybrid \nSalary: £50,000 to £60,000 DOE \nJo Ref: 37128 \n \nAre you a seasoned Residential Property Solicitor, Conveyancer or Legal Executive looking to take the next step in your career? \n \nOur client is a prestigious Law Firm is seeking an experienced solicitor to join their dynamic Residential Property Team in Bedfordshire. \n \n The role \nReporting to the Head of Conveyancing, the successful candidate will have experience across the full spectrum of residential conveyancing; especially in the areas of Freehold, Leasehold, Sales, Purchases, Re-mortgages, Shared Ownership Schemes, Rights to Buy, Transfer of Equity and Lease extensions. \n \n Specification \nCandidates should ideally have: \n\n \n\t A minimum of 5 years PQE in the relevant area of law \n\t Good client care skills, provide professional and competent legal advice in accordance with SRA Code of conduct \n\t Strong IT skills \n\t Effective business development skills with proven marketing strategies \n\t Capability to generate fees in accordance with agreed targets \n\t Up-to-date knowledge and skills in compliance with Continuing Professional Development, CQS and internal training expectations \n\t Proven experience of handling own caseload \n\t Ability to adhere to and manage deadlines \n\t Good drafting and writing skills, excellent communication and technical ability \n\t Case Management experience (desirable) \n \n\n \n\n
