Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Executive PQE: 3+ years Location: Cambridge Pattern: Hybrid Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 Oculus Legal Group is currently partnering with a reputable Top 200 law firm based in Cambridge looking for a Residential Property Solicitor. This firm is known for its steady growth and commitment to clients, offering a friendly and supportive work environment that values teamwork and professional development. About the Role: This role is suitable for a skilled Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with 3+ years PQE. You will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, from sales and purchases to transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and lease extensions. Key Responsibilities: Handling residential property transactions from instruction to completion, including complex cases. Advising on freehold and leasehold purchases, sales, and lease extensions. Build and nurture strong relationships with colleagues and clients Preparing and reviewing legal documents, title deeds, and Land Registry documents. Providing exceptional client care and developing strong client relationships. Candidate: At least 3 years of PQE in residential property law. Ability handle own caseload. Excellent client care skills and an eye for detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy, supportive environment.
