Residential Electrical Engineer Location: London Salary: Up to £47,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Are you a skilled Electrical Engineer with experience in residential maintenance? The Role: As a Residential Electrical Engineer , you will be responsible for: Carrying out planned preventative and reactive electrical maintenance. Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults to ensure seamless operation. Ensuring all work is completed in compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborating with other engineers and contractors to deliver high-quality service. Keeping accurate records of maintenance work undertaken. About You: To succeed in this role, you should have: Proven experience in electrical maintenance, ideally within residential properties. Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, or equivalent). Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills. A proactive and customer-focused approach.
