Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (1-5 years') A leading Scottish law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its highly regarded team in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor looking to develop their career within a dynamic and supportive environment. The Role You will be responsible for managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including purchases, sales, re-mortgages, transfers of title and discharges. You will be expected to provide expert legal advice, draft and review documentation and maintain strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include: Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions with efficiency and accuracy Conducting title examinations and ensuring all legal requirements are met Maintaining excellent relationships with existing referrers and identifying new business opportunities Delivering a high standard of client service, ensuring regular communication and support Assisting junior team members, offering guidance and mentorship where required The Firm With offices across Scotland, the firm is known for its collaborative and inclusive culture.
