Are you a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or Qualified Solicitor looking for a fresh opportunity in a down-to-earth, highly respected law firm? I’m currently working with a well-established boutique law firm in Wilmslow that’s looking to welcome a dedicated and experienced conveyancer to their growing team.

The Role:

You’ll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, with admin and assistant support provided. Typical matters include:

Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

Transfers of equity

Re-mortgages

New build and help-to-buy (if experienced)

Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors

Ensuring a smooth and professional client journey throughout

About You:

You’ll be an experienced Fee Earner, Licensed Conveyancer, or Solicitor

Able to handle a caseload with minimal supervision from instruction to post-completion

Excellent client care and communication skills – this firm places a real value on service

Friendly, proactive and a great team player
