We re looking for a compassionate and committed Support Practitioner to join our small team. In this role, you ll work closely with children and young people to meet their care and emotional needs, build trust through positive relationships, and support them in developing practical life skills. You ll contribute to assessments and care planning, promote wellbeing, and play an active role in daily routines, activities, and community life. You ll need to be registered (or eligible to register) with the SSSC, and either hold or be willing to work towards an HNC in Social Care and SVQ Level 3. A full driving licence is essential. Experience in residential childcare or education is welcome, along with an understanding of trauma-informed practice and attachment theory.
