Reservations & Groups Manager Popular Hotel - Bath JWR is recruiting for a Reservations & Groups Manager to lead a dynamic team in delivering exceptional guest experiences for a leading, volume driven hotel in the heart of Bath. You will support in driving group revenue bookings in excess of £1m pa. Salary / Package: Salary from £32,000 + 15% annual bonus, 32 days holiday 40-hour contract, Meals on duty Park & Ride bus tickets reimbursed Discounts across the group Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Reservations team, ensuring high performance and upholding brand standards. Monitor guest feedback across various platforms and implement improvements. Recruit, train, and develop team members while fostering a culture of excellence. Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction. Drive revenue through effective sales strategies and account management. Act as Duty Manager, representing the General Manager when required. Requirements: Previous experience in reservations within 4 hospitality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel PMS systems. Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development. Knowledge of local markets and hotel financial metrics. Professional demeanour with exceptional attention to detail.
