I am working with a long established, well respected and chartered insurer operating in an interesting niche market. My client boasts a superb reputation as a financially robust, highly ethical and customer focused organisation. I am working in partnership with the business to attract an experienced commercial underwriter looking for a fantastic career move within the industry. Joining their busy Manchester based team you will focus purely on general commercial risks. Liaising with a broker panel comprising nationals and larger independents, you will be responsible for dealing with renewals in the SME-mid market space. Applicants should come from an underwriting background and be able to able to demonstrate a minimum of five years experience working with commercial products. You should be a strong communicator, team focused and willing to undertake insurance qualifications in order to be successful in your application.
