p strong Rehabilitation and/or Catastrophic Injuries Case Manager – HCPC / SWE / NMC /strong /p br All the relevant skills, qualifications and experience that a successful applicant will need are listed in the following description. br p strong Home-based with travel /strong /p p strong Employed Salary: £35,000 – £60,000 DOE + quarterly bonus /strong /p p strong Associate rates: up to £70/hour depending on experience /strong /p p strong Must have experience working as a Case Manager /strong /p p strong Overview: /strong /p p Compass Associates is excited to be working with a well-established, national provider of case management and Expert Witness services, to recruit Experienced Case Managers across the UK. /p p There are opportunities available for both the Catastrophic Injuries and Rehabilitation/Multi-Track Case Management Divisions, depending on your clinical experience and specialism. You will hold a caseload of children and/or adults who have complex rehabilitation needs or life-changing injuries due to backgrounds of traumatic/acquired brain injuries, clinical negligence, birth trauma, spinal cord injuries or orthopaedic injuries. /p p This is a home-based role which will involve travel to visit clients, families, solicitors and care teams, within your geographical remit. For minor injury cases, there will be times where it is more appropriate to complete INAs/reviews over the phone or via video call. /p p strong Contracts Available: /strong /p p Both Employed and Associate contracts are available but a minimum of 3 days/week is essential. /p p strong Salaries/Rates (all dependent on experience): /strong /p ul li Employed Multi-Track/Rehabilitation Case Manager: £35,000 - £45,000 /li li Employed Catastrophic Case Manager: £45,000 - £60,000 /li li Associate Case Managers: up to £70/hour /li /ul p strong Essential Criteria: /strong /p ul li Must have experience working as a Case Manager, either within an NHS Spinal Centre or in the medico-legal/case management sector /li li Experience working with clients (adults or children) who have backgrounds of complex injuries including multi-trauma, orthopaedic injuries or catastrophic brain and/or spinal cord injuries /li li Must be a qualified Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Speech & Language Therapist, Social Worker, Sports Therapist or Social Worker /li li Must have current registration with the HCPC, SWE or NMC /li li Must have a UK driving licence and own car /li /ul p strong Location: /strong /p p This is a home-based role but will require travel to visit clients, families, solicitors and other healthcare professionals.
