Key Responsibilities:
Deliver person-centred care in a rehabilitation setting
Support individuals in their recovery journey, promoting independence and well-being
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Administer medication and monitor patient progress
Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment
Requirements:
NMC registration as an RMN or RNLD
Experience in mental health nursing, ideally in rehabilitation or A compassionate, patient-focused approach
Strong communication and risk management skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Valid PMVA training (if training not held, can be provided)
Valid ILS training (if training not held, can be provided)
Right to work in the UK, without the need for sp0ns0rship
