We are seeking a warm, compassionate and proactive leader to oversee the operational management and quality of one of our Extra Care services. The service for 60 residents is based in Harrow, which is a rich and culturally diverse area. You will ensure an empowering service which meets the needs of our clients and work with the housing provider and service user s families and friends to promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the service. You must be flexible, energetic and reliable with a well-organised approach to staff deployment and service delivery. You must have significant practitioner or management experience in relevant health or social care service provision alongside a warm, person-centered and respectful approach. An understanding of CQC quality requirements and care standards is essential. You should have a relevant professional qualification and/or a degree level qualification. You will have the opportunity to meet your training and development needs with accredited training. You will be joining a very well-motivated regional team of senior managers who work together and support each other to provide excellent services in various boroughs of London.
