DCT Recruitment are looking for a driven and commercially-minded Regional Solutions Manager to join our client team, covering the Teesside and Liverpool regions. With a strong focus on the maritime sector in Liverpool, and broader opportunities across renewables and maritime in Teesside, this is a fantastic role for someone who can combine industry insight with a proven ability to win business and build long-term client relationships.What we re looking for:A proven track record in sales, business development, or client solutionsStrong links to the maritime and/or renewables industriesA confident communicator with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levelsSelf-motivated, target-driven, and highly organisedKey responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships within the maritime and renewables sectorsIdentify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth across both regionsRepresent the organisation at industry events, client meetings, and regional networking opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needsWhat we offer:Competitive base salary (£35 40k, negotiable on experience)Attractive bonus structure 20% of salary per quarter OTESupportive team environment with opportunities for professional developmentA chance to be part of a growing business with a strong reputation in safety training and consultancyPlease call Bartosz at DCT Recruitment on for more details.
