We are recruiting a Regional Account Manager to join our team. convince and persuade others; promote plans and ideas successfully.\n\nInitiative & Responsibility: Acts on own initiative, makes things happen and accepts responsibility for the results.\n\nDrive for Achievement: Has the drive to reach and exceed targets and objectives, demonstrating persistence in the face of obstacles.\nIf you are not sure if you have the relevant skills or experience, then please apply (only takes a few minutes) and let our team review and come back to you.\n\nYour day-to-day responsibilities will include:\n\nBuilding a strong pipeline business by identifying new leads on a regular basis,\n\nConverting leads to prospects through gaining insight into their service delivery models,\n\nEducating prospects on new models of integrated health and care provision,\n\nUtilising a combination of transactional and consultative approaches to win new business,\n\nActively targeting adjacent market sectors to expand the regional customer base,\n\nProviding sales input to the Regional Commercial team on the development of solutions to meet strategic customer initiatives,\n\nProducing a territory plan with accurate sales forecasting and clearly defined steps to achieve or exceed quota,\n\nDeveloping, communicating, and implementing the regional sales territory plan,\n\nSupporting and tracking projects, monitoring quotations, bids and tenders and increasing success rates,\n\nKeeping abreast of the latest industry developments and trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth in the housing, connected health and care market,\n\nAttending regional and national meetings, workshops, industry events and trade shows as an ambassador for Tunstall and to help identify market trends and accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing clients,\n\nCollaborating with marketing to expand regional brand presence through the creation of suitable materials and maximise the use of digital marketing channels,\n\nResearching competitors' products and pricing as well as market conditions,\n\nSharing best practice and knowledge internally for innovative sales techniques,\n\nContributing to the overall growth and quality of the Regional Commercial team,\n\nMonitoring sales performance metrics on a regular basis;
