Client Details This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with internal recruitment or talent acquisition experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll play a key role in coordinating end-to-end recruitment activity across a range of roles, working closely with hiring managers and the wider HR team. Description Recruitment Coordinator- What you'll be doing: Coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments Managing candidate communication and interview scheduling Supporting hiring managers with best practice recruitment processes Posting job adverts, screening CVs, and organising interview logistics Assisting with onboarding and offer administration Maintaining accurate records and producing recruitment reports when required Profile Recruitment Coordinator - What we're looking for: Previous experience in a recruitment/talent acquisition role (in-house or agency) Ideally from a professional services, legal, finance, or consultancy background Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies at once Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proficient in using ATS/HR systems and Microsoft Office Job Offer Recruitment Coordinator - What's on offer: Salary £30,000 Hybrid working model Based in Leeds City Centre Competitive Benefits and Generous pension contribution Wellness support and employee benefits platform Career development and internal progression opportunities
