BAE Systems is looking for a dedicated Recruitment Operations Specialist to join their Contingent Hiring t eam based in Preston.Skills Proven experience in recruitment processes; contingent recruitment experience is highly desirable Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to challenge and influence at all levels Ability to work with service level agreements and provide efficient, effective recruitment solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organisational skills The Job Support end-to-end recruitment activities, from initial vacancy consultation to first-day readiness. Manage relationships with agencies on the preferred suppliers list to ensure recruitment campaigns run smoothly. Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) by working efficiently within the team. Provide expert advice on recruitment best practices, market conditions, and business needs. Handle high-volume and varied recruitment campaigns across specific business areas.
