We have an exciting opportunity for a Reception/Facilities Assistantbased in Milton Keynes for one of our clients on a full-time, ongoing temporary basis.\n\nResponsibilities of the Reception/Facilities Assistant\n\nGreet and check-in visitors, issuing relevant badges.\nManage incoming calls and emails.\nCoordinate meeting room bookings and arrange catering and AV equipment.\nAssist with scheduled maintenance tasks.\nCreate and manage purchase requisitions.\nConduct contract reviews and performance evaluations of vendors.\nData sheet maintenance.\nContractor performance reviews.\nRequirements for a successful Reception/Facilities Assistant \n\nProven administration and reception experience within a facilities environment.\nStrong organisational and multitasking abilities.\nAttention to detail.\nExcellent communication skills both written and verbal.\nStrong IT skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.\nSummary of the Reception/Facilities Assistant role\n\nSalary: £13.59 per hour\nLocation:Milton Keynes\nType of Contract:Ongoing temporary\nHours:37.5 hour working week\n\nAllstaff Recruitment are an Independent Recruitment Specialist based in Bedfordshire who work on behalf of companies across Bedford, Milton Keynes and surrounds to fill their vacancies and meet their recruitment needs.
