Real Estate Litigation Property Disputes Legal Director 7+ years PQE Salary up to £155,000 London Due to the development and expansion of the firm s Real Estate Litigation department based in London, it is now seeking to appoint a Legal Director or a Senior Solicitor .The ideal candidate will be England & Wales qualified working on a broad range of contentious matters involving commercial landlord & tenant issues, lease renewals, dilapidations, breaks , arrears, tenant insolvency, 1954 Act renewals, etc.The firm have a steady flow of new instructions from their diverse client base consisting of UK and blue-chip international companies. The role is ideally suited to an ambitious and motivated Senior Solicitor with a passion for business development who is looking to make a progressive career move. The Candidate Property Litigation Solicitor with 7+ years PQE. Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise, and manage a varied caseload. Experience of supervising junior team members is essential. Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative. Strong legal skills with an eye for detail. Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts. What s on offer Salary up to £155,000 depending on experience. Excellent career progression with clear track to partnership. Agile/flexible working 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
