As a Development Solicitor in this prestigious firm, you will work on high-profile regeneration projects and new developments for a range of prestigious clients, including ultra-high-net-worth investors , top property developers , major property companies , and corporate occupiers . Within this role, you will form an integral part of a large and well-renowned Real Estate department in the heart of the city. Key Responsibilities: Managing a diverse portfolio of development projects and regeneration schemes . Advising on all aspects of real estate law related to residential property development. Lead large-scale property transactions. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients , top developers, and key stakeholders in the real estate sector. What you'll need to succeed: 5-7 years of post-qualification experience specialising in private development projects. A strong interest and passion for property development law and knowledge of the latest property law trends and regulations.
