Your new role
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing costs, ensuring project efficiency, and contributing to the successful completion of our diverse range of developments.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting detailed cost analysis and preparing accurate estimates for projects.
Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success.
Monitoring project progress and addressing any financial discrepancies.
Preparing and presenting reports to stakeholders.What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
Proven experience in quantity surveying within the construction sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
