Freelance Quantity Surveyor needed, Liverpool, Long term Our client Hays is working with a well-established fitout contractor in the Liverpool area who is in need of a talented and reliable freelance Quantity Surveyor / Estimator. As QS, you will be joining an excellent and competitive commercial team for a long period of time, and overseeing several projects, both pre and post contract.
