We are recruiting for QUALIFIED PROPERTY LAWYER (CONVEYANCING) to join our client on a permanent basis.

Located in the historic town of Bridport, you will be joining a well establish company and friendly team. As a Conveyancing Fee Earner, your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:-

  • Managing an interesting and diverse portfolio of residential conveyancing. 
  • Some commercial conveyancing experience would be preferable but not essential.
  • Providing precise, practical and effective advice and support to clients (and where appropriate other members within the conveyancing team).
  • Ensuring efficient client representation while maintaining the highest standards of service.
  • The experience you’ll bring to the team

    • What we need from you:

  • CV showing: A qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of two years + PQE or FCILEx/Licensed Conveyancer status.Strong interest in residential conveyancingA good level of experience of acting in residential conveyancing matters.Preferably some experience in commercial conveyancing but this is not a pre-requisite of any application.
