Qualified Nursery Practitioner's - Milton Keynes\n\nWe are recruiting for two Qualified Nursery Practitioners on behalf of a well-established nursery in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate childcare professionals looking to join a supportive and high-quality early years setting.\n\nPosition: Nursery Practitioner\n Location: Milton Keynes\n Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience)\n Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time\n Hours: 40 hours per week (shift pattern includes 07:30 - 16:30, 09:00 - 18:00, 08:30 - 17:30, all with a 1-hour lunch break)\n Start Date: ASAP\n\nAbout the Nursery\n\nThis independent nursery provides high-quality early years education for children aged 6 months to 5 years. The setting fosters a nurturing and stimulating environment, helping children develop key skills in numeracy, literacy, and physical education, ensuring a smooth transition into school.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nProvide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.\n\nSupport children's learning and development through engaging activities.\n\nEnsure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.\n\nBuild strong relationships with parents and carers.\n\nWork collaboratively with the nursery team to maintain high standards.\n\nRequirements\n\nIdeally Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent); Level 2 candidates may be considered.\n\nPrevious experience working in an early years setting.\n\nGood understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding, and child development.\n\nStrong communication and teamwork skills.\n\nPassionate about providing exceptional care and education
