Located in Kingston upon Thames, we embrace a hybrid work model, with three days in the office and two days from home each week. About the role Experienced social media professional wanted for iconic automotive and motorcycle client Confident in managing social media accounts for the UK presence of a global motorcycle brand Experienced in community management across Instagram, Facebook, and X responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions to drive engagement Able to create and manage content for social channels, with a strong eye for detail to ensure accuracy in both copy and imagery Skilled at identifying influencer opportunities to help build brand awareness Experience in developing social-first campaigns and content to support both sales and brand goals, working collaboratively with the wider team Collaborates with the broader communications team to identify campaign integration opportunities and provide proactive social support for existing activity Able to report back to clients with key insights, performance analytics, and recommendations for continuous improvement Serves as the primary client contact for key social media activity Experience managing press fleets is preferable Core attributes Highly organised and detail-oriented, with exceptional attention to detail Strong communicator, with excellent verbal and written skills to engage with clients, media, and internal teams Takes initiative - proactive, self-motivated, and resilient Creative and trend-savvy - passionate about social media, content trends, and digital innovation Collaborative team player who works effectively with internal teams Experience required 1-2 years within a similar role (agency experience preferred) Experience with PR and media relations is a plus Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Emplifi, Hootsuite etc.) is not required, but a bonus Why work with us We believe that Performance Communications is a great place to work.
