We are seeking a proactive undergraduate student to join our PR Team, based in our UK Head office on New Bond Street. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is currently studying and eager to learn all about PR within the fashion industry. PROFILE Student on a placement year looking for a 12-month internship Passion and a true interest in the PR industry Experience with social media platforms Excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach Must be comfortable commuting 5 days a week to central London RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES PRESS, MEDIA & VIP RELATIONS: Assist in the end-to-end sample loan process compiling considered and compelling sample suggestions for media, stylists, and influencers, update sample movements (Launchmetrics), coordinating courier collection and delivery, tracking and following up on sample returns. Support in completing press image and credit requests. Actively contribute with new talent ideas and suggestions for future influencer partners. Organise and assist with press and influencer gifting initiatives package gifts (following brand gift wrapping guidelines) and coordinate courier deliveries. Build and maintain an events calendar to capitalise on talent-dressing opportunities Support on VIP/Influencer fittings, appointments, and store product requests. ADMINISTRATIVE: Monitor media and celebrity/VIP/Influencers for print, online, and social media brand coverage daily. Maintain and update contact databases with industry team changes and new vendor partners. Oversee press cupboard management, maintaining the storage space is optimised, and tidy, and ensuring all press samples are kept in good condition and dry cleaned where necessary. Contribute to compiling the monthly and weekly PR clipping reports to be disturbed to the wider team to communicate press achievements. Responsible for monitoring and collating relevant industry and key competitor news and distributing it to the wider PR & Marketing team. Management of the gifting log, ensuring the file is up to date with gifting send-outs and monitored regularly for coverage. Management of PR supplies monitoring packaging inventory, and showroom F&B orders. EVENTS: Assist in all aspects of event management, logistics, and delivery. Support on VIP/Influencer event fittings, appointments, and store product requests and coordinate delivery of looks and collection post-event. Opportunity to work onsite assisting with guest list coordination and areas of production. Support in compiling event recaps for internal communication and post-event clippings.
