Preferred Requirements:
Exceptional property management skills with a strong understanding of the industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, property lettings software, and Sage
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to effectively liaise with tenants and stakeholders
Meticulous attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving
Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work in line with team requirements Preferred Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in a senior property management role
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and tenant satisfaction
