Our client a well-respected independent Estate Agency is currently seeking Property Managers to join their close-knit team. As a Property Manager, you will be offered: Up to £30,000 basic salary (DOE) Hybrid working Ongoing training and support Career progression Funding for any relevant industry qualifications Requirements for the role of a Property Manager: Candidates must have previous experience in Residential Lettings and ideally Property Management Appetite for continuous learning Exceptionally Organised Works accurately and at a speed Able to work under pressure Positive disposition Team player Driven and self-motivated Must hold a full driver's license Responsibilities included in the role of aProperty Manager: Managing a portfolio of residential properties Delivering fantastic customer service at all times to Landlords and Tenants Ensuring maintenance issues are resolved promptly and the customer is updated Meeting targets and performance objectives Reviewing property visit reports, check-out reports, releasing the deposit Ensuring the system is updated Ensuring the property is complying with legislation Help with the accounts/ payment of landlords
