Property Manager\n\n£28,000 Per Annum DOE\n\nContributory Pension\n\nFull Time (Saturday working 1 in 3)\n\nNottingham\n\nPermanent\n\nWe are seeking to recruit an experienced Property Manager for our established Client within their Nottingham City Centre office.\n\nJoining a dynamic, fast paced department in a rapidly expanding company. This is a pivotal role servicing our clients and managing our property portfolio. Fostering relationships with landlords and tenants is essential in order to achieve portfolio growth and to provide an exceptional customer experience.\n\nDuties to include:\n\nConduct property inspections and produce landlord reports.\n\nFollow up and respond to all customer queries in a timely manner.\n\nLog deposits with DPS scheme, itemise deposit deductions and deal with DPS claims\n\nBuild and foster relationships with tenants, landlords, colleagues and suppliers.\n\nMonitor and curtail any rental arrears.\n\nComplete property inventories.\n\nComplete check-out inspections.\n\nDeal and report check-in reports.\n\nBook and carry out periodic property visits.\n\nEnsure Gas, Electric and other safety certificates are up to date.\n\nOrganise repair quotations and works as necessary.\n\nUse management software system in line with business operating requirements.\n\nMaintain the level of service and quality standards set out by Our Client.\n\nDemonstrate high standards of professionalism, courtesy and efficiency in dealing with the public.\n\nManage the property portfolio in order to maximise and retain clients.\n\nDeal with all renewal of tenancies and accompanying negotiations.\n\nSecure renewal fees from both landlords and tenants.\n\nProvide careful and considerate advice as and when necessary\n\nOperate within the confinements of the Housing Acts and Lettings legislation.\n\nComply with GDPR and Anti Money Laundering Legislation.\n\nEssential Requirements:\n\n Current Residential Lettings experience - at least two years industry experience\n\n Excellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\n An analytical person who can communicate well with Landlords and Tenants.\n\n Work closely with a team to ensure that you provide excellent customer service.\n\n Strong organisational skills.\n\n Quick learner who thrives on attention to detail and accuracy.\n\n Be able to work independently and as part of a team.\n\n Time Management.\n\n Influencing and negotiation skills.\n\n Enthusiastic and positive attitude.\n\n Ambitious and a real desire to succeed.\n\n Clean & Full Driving Licence essential.\n\nIf this role is of interest and you meet the above criteria, then please apply immediately
