Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join this leading Contractor We are looking to recruit an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead a prestigious Commercial Build project on the outskirts of Manchester. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned Construction Project Manager or a Senior Site Manager ready to take the next step in their career You ll be working on the construction of an £8m RC Construction Build project in the Salford area. You will have managed projects of this size and value previously, and be a fully capable manager with exceptional leadership and management experience on site You'll have extensive experience with RC Frames/Structures, and a proven track record of managing the Civils / Groundworks elements of Commercial Build projects You ll have strong leadership and communication skills and be a fantastic leader. You ll be the number one on site, managing an experienced site team and reporting into the Operations Manager.
