Landscaping Project Manager – Covering Edinburgh and Mid Lothian
Are you an experienced Project or Contracts Manager from a landscaping or civils background looking to take the next step in your career? We are recruiting for a Landscaping Project Manager to join a growing local Edinburgh business.
The Role:
As a Landscaping Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of landscaping projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and clients to drive efficiency, maintain health & safety standards, and manage project costs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Overseeing multiple landscaping projects from inception to completion
• Managing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client specifications
• Maintaining health & safety compliance across all sites
• Liaising with primarily private clients with potential upcoming commercial clients
• Preparing progress reports and monitoring project performance
• Managing procurement and material supply for projects
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Project or Contracts Manager in landscaping or civils projects
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A good understanding of landscaping and groundworks
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• A valid driving license is essential
