Barden is proud to partner with a leading global tech company to recruit a Project Manager for their high-impact Procurement Transformation program across Ireland and the UK. Our team is driving one of the most ambitious Procurement Transformations in our company s history. We need a skilled Project Manager who can execute with precision, adapt to complexity, and deliver tangible results regardless of their industry background. Program Director ABOUT THE ROLE We re seeking a Project Manager with experience in transformation programs (procurement, IT, or digital) to support structure, governance, and execution. You ll: Manage end-to-end delivery of procurement transformation projects, ensuring alignment with goals, timelines, and budgets. Implement agile/hybrid methodologies and contribute to governance frameworks. Partner with stakeholders to track progress, mitigate risks, and report on outcomes. Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-team environment. Tech Stack : Jira, Confluence, and modern PM tools (experience preferred). ABOUT THE PERSON 5+ years in project management , with exposure to large-scale transformations (procurement, IT, digital, or consulting). Familiarity with agile/waterfall methodologies certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum) are a plus. Analytical mindset with experience supporting budgets and cross-functional teams. Strong communicator able to engage stakeholders and clarify priorities. Experience with PMO standards (governance, reporting) is beneficial. Logistics : Hybrid (Leeds office 2x/week) Interested?
