Introduction Our client is looking for a proven production/manufacturing leader who has a background in successfully improving and streamlining manufacturing processes whilst successfully driving their teams forward. Key Responsibilities Running the manufacturing teams, increasing productivity through KPIs, training, and ensuring a continuous workflow. Establishing new manufacturing processes across manufacturing departments. Improving on-time delivery and production lead times. Scheduling and production planning. Ideal Skills And Experience Strong manufacturing process streamlining background. Scheduling and production planning. LEAN. Six Sigma. Continuous Improvement. Strong organization skills. Hours: Monday to Friday (Days) Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 Benefits: Pension scheme, Company bonus scheme.
