Job Title:  Production Engineer – Offshore Wind Service
Location:  Newcastle/Sunderland/Durham, UK

Job Type:  Contract, 6 month rolling contract

About the Role:  We are seeking an experienced Production Engineer to join our clients team at the Dogger Bank Offshore Wind Farm Project. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of wind turbine power production through continual improvement and standardization of maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate safe delivery of wind turbine power production.
  • Ensure high standards of quality and safety in site maintenance operations.
  • Collaborate with customers and technology teams to achieve high performance delivery.
  • Monitor and manage production-based availability metrics.
  • Develop and improve standard operating procedures.
  • Support technician competency development and alarm handling feedback.
  • Participate in process, quality, and safety improvement initiatives.
    • Requirements:
  • Degree in engineering or equivalent professional education/apprenticeship.
  • Extensive experience in offshore wind maintenance operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work offshore as required.
    • Location:  Primary location will be the Dogger Bank O&M Base at the Port of Tyne, South Shields.
