Position: Production Engineer

We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Production Engineer to join a thriving and expanding organization. This role is critical to maintaining and improving operations in the Assembly Area Department, working with advanced assembly machines and equipment on a 24/7 basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Department Head in maintaining production output and running assembly machines when required.

Diagnose and repair faults on assembly machines and associated equipment.

Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving measures.

Train new team members and support the development of existing staff.

Log and manage tasks using maintenance software.

Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed, including rotational weekend cover.

About You:

The ideal candidate will bring:

5–10 years’ experience in a production assembly environment, ideally in a shift-based or 24/7 operation.

Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to diagnose machine and product quality issues.

Proficiency with workshop machinery and familiarity with ISO 9001:2015.

Self-motivation, discipline, and excellent communication skills.
