An established and growing manufacturing business in the Caerphilly area is looking for a proactive and hands-on Production Co-Ordinator to oversee and streamline production processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is willing to support production lines as needed. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring smooth and efficient production. Supervise and manage a team of operatives across multiple production lines. Take a hands-on approach, stepping in to assist on the production line when necessary. Monitor and maintain high quality control standards, ensuring all products meet required specifications. Plan and manage shift allocations to maximise efficiency and meet production targets. Drive productivity and efficiency improvements while maintaining a safe working environment. Work closely with other departments, including warehouse, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless operations.
