Process Injection Moulding Tool Setter

£33,000 - £36,000 per annum (overtime is paid over and above the contracted hours).

Monday – Friday day shift, 7.30 – 5pm with flexibility (after the initial 3-month probationary period you will join an on-call rota).

NuStaff are proud to bring to market this unique opportunity for a Process Injection Moulding Tool Setter with a renowned Manufacturing company based in Blackwood. As an experienced Tool Setter, you will be competent in process and technical trouble shooting. You will form part of a close-knit, high-performance team working effectively carrying out tool changes and setting of a variety of machines.

Duties and responsibilities

Carrying out mould tool changes as per the daily schedule, around 5-7 tool changes per day.
Process and adapt conditions to produce quality approved components.
Completing settings paperwork.
Use of an overhead gantry.
Use of robots including six axis robots.
Responsible for Health and Safety procedures while setting the machines.
Ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
Handling of heavy and expensive tooling.
Skills & experience required

Previous experience with Negri bossi, Engel and BMB advantageous
Solid understanding in automation and process and technical troubleshooting
Experience working within Injection Moulding environment advantageous
Demonstrate a driven and conscientious work ethic £33000 - £36000/annum
