As part of the Process Improvement Engineer team, you will be applying Lean and Continuous Improvement principles to review and optimise processes, equipment, and manufacturing capabilities, as well as collaborate with operations teams to troubleshoot challenges and drive innovative solutions The business provides a stable working place for a number of talented Process Improvement Engineers and creates a real family environment which is a brilliant ethos to have within the team.
