As the Private Client Tax Senior Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality advisory and compliance services, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior staff. You will also work closely with Partners on complex tax planning projects, with opportunities for further progression and professional development. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing both compliance and advisory services Lead and support on tax planning projects including inheritance tax, trusts, and estate planning Review work prepared by junior team members and provide guidance and training Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact Work closely with Partners to drive department strategy and growth Requirements Must have a minimum of 5 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment CTA qualified or equivalent, with strong technical knowledge in personal tax Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills Proven ability to manage and develop junior team members Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
