Duties to include : Preparation of LPAs and Wills including the provision of IHT advice Dealing with the administration of estates and trust work Deputyship applications Being involved with the business development of the department This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who is dedicated, driven, hardworking and able to deal with a full caseload with minimum supervision. Definite partnership prospects for the right candidate.
