Role: Private Client Solicitor Location: Basildon Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 (dependant on PQE) Hours: Monday Friday 9am 5.30pm (part-time considered) Are you a Private Client Solicitor looking to work for a well-established, successful, rapidly growing firm? I may have the perfect opportunity for you! Description Undertaking fee-earning work and meeting billing targets. Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney on the behalf of clients. Attending networking events to represent the law firm. Building and growing the firm s client base. Working as part of a team; delegating work to secretaries and paralegals. Undertaking Court of Protection work; including applications and management. Managing estate administration and probate. Ideal Person Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive via training contract, SQE or Cilex Proficient in using legal software and other technology Excellent communication skills Ability to show compassion to vulnerable clients Experienced within private client Benefits Cycle to work scheme Birthday off Medical cash plan Death in service Free legal service Referral reward scheme Apply now!
