You will have the full support of a Legal Secretary and access to an array of high-quality work within the Private Client sector. Key Responsibilities: Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning and elderly client advice Administering estates and trusts Advising on Court of Protection matters Trust & estate accounting and tax management What We re Looking For?
