Our client is a well-established engineering consultancy with numerous offices throughout the UK. They are specialists within Civil & Structural engineering and have built an excellent reputation for the work they do in building design. Working on projects from new high-rise towers to major restorations in London. In response to their growing workload, our client is looking to recruit a Principal level engineer for their Southwest London Office. This role will suit a candidate looking for a new challenge within a fast-paced dynamic company, with exciting projects to help spearhead. Undertaking concept designs and planning projects through to completion Leading and managing project teams to deliver a wide range projects Lead, manage and mentor a talented team of engineers Assisting in recruiting for your team & managing project resources Clearly communicate goals and targets to the team Regular reporting to the management team Expand and develop relations with clients and network Develop new business opportunities and introduce new clients What s on offer? The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Structural Engineer (candidates without will still be considered) who is competent at both technical and managerial level They will have a proven track record of successful delivery of projects from concept to detailed design through to completion of construction.
