Job Description Our multi-disciplinary and award-winning client is looking for a Principal Civil Engineer who can lead a small team. What s on offer: Company car or cash allowance Life assurance scheme Discount scheme (including gym membership, mobile phones, etc.) Flexible working Family friendly policies Employee assistance Professional development The role: Day-to-day management of C&S project teams Development of programmes and control of change Tender preparation for projects of all sizes, including estimates Carry out technical design reviews/critiques of projects in progress Mentor, train, and develop junior engineers Support individuals to maximise performance Ensure team compliance with company management system Contribute to wider development of C&S department capabilities Lead C&S design delivery across single projects or multiple smaller projects with support from an Associate Engineer or Director, in single- or multi-discipline teams What you need to succeed: Chartered Civil/Structural Engineer CEng MICE/MIStructE Appropriate depth and breadth of experience including experience in leading and managing teams Strong technical knowledge of Civil design Full Clean Current UK Driving Licence #J-18808-Ljbffr
