As a leading educational support company, we are committed to providing high-quality assistance to schools and students, and we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive academically and socially.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nCollaborate with the classroom teacher to support the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons.\nProvide individualised attention and support to students with different learning needs, ensuring their academic progress and well-being.\nAssist in the planning and preparation of teaching materials and resources.\nSupervise and facilitate group activities and projects.\nImplement behaviour management strategies and promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.\nSupport students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in their educational and personal development.\nProvide feedback to teachers regarding student progress and development.\nCollaborate with other members of the school community, including parents and external professionals, to ensure effective support for students.Requirements:\n\nHold a Level 2 or a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).\nExperience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within a school setting.\nKnowledge of the national curriculum and understanding of different learning styles.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.\nEmpathy and patience in working with students with diverse needs and backgrounds.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nCommitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.INDMAN
