Teacher Active is proud to be working with a wonderful SEN school in Swindon, supporting with their recruitment for a Primary Teacher. This setting supports children with varied diagnosis through captivating, personalised lessons and alternative learning provisions. The school is set on a lovely green space with a small farm for students to participate in, as well as a plethora of sensory and play areas. Upholding a high standard of holistic education, there is emphasis placed on the important provision of social, emotional, physical and mental health-centred programmes that help students to thrive and reach their full potential. We are looking for a dedicated Primary Teacher who can make a positive and lasting impact in the lives of individuals with special educational needs.
We are seeking an organised and proactive individual to take on this day-to-day cover role, although there is potential for this to become a long-term placement for the right Primary Teacher. Every day is different, filled with the opportunity to learn and grow. The successful candidate will bring a new perspective and skill set to this role, be eager to develop their own skills to adapt to the pupils’ individual needs and have a positive impact on the school.
We are looking for Primary Teachers in Swindon with the following:
QTS (ECTs are also welcomed)
Primary teaching experience
Excellent classroom management
SEND Experience
