Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple patient assessments at the same time. High level of attention to detail and a patient-centered approach to care. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism. Strong understanding of infection control protocols and patient safety standards.
