Job Purpose Managing day-to-day practice operations and ensuring efficient workflows across departments Supervising administrative staff and supporting client-facing teams to deliver outstanding service Overseeing client onboarding and managing relationships to ensure client satisfaction Ensuring all regulatory and internal compliance procedures are adhered to Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of work from all departments Coordinating with senior management and partners on strategic initiatives and business development Implementing systems to improve operational efficiency and enhance client service delivery Resolving client inquiries and providing proactive support to the team About This Firm With a strong presence in the region, the firm offers a professional yet friendly work environment, where staff are encouraged to grow and advance in their careers.
